CS Anupriya Saxena is a Law Graduate from Rajasthan Univeristy and has completed an executive course from IIM-C. With nearly 2 decades of experience in the field of Corporate Law she is heading the Private Equity & Retainership area of JMJA.
Prior to joining JMJA, she has with in a Legal and Secretarial Department of various Listed Companies and had handled Board Meetings, General meetings, Investors Queries amongst the other things.
She has expertise in Private Equity and Debt Funding, FEMA, RBI Compliances as well as NCLT Matters. She represented many companies in handling Due Diligence at the time of Investment, Takeover etc.
A Practising Company Secretary and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, CS Saudhamini is associated with as a consultant and she is having over 6 years of experience in Corporate Law matters, also foraying into the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. Some of the key assignments handled include advisory services to private limited companies, vetting of Legal Agreements, providing end to end secretarial services in equity infusion process, preparation of applications to be filed with the NCLT under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and Voluntary Liquidation Process and providing assistance to the Insolvency Professionals in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of distressed companies.

CS Srushti is working as a Manager with JMJA. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a B.com Graduate from Gujarat.
CS Srushti has passed started her career in the year 2016 and a work experience of over 5 years, she has gained handsome knowledge and expertise on the various compliances of the Companies Act, 2013 and she is having an expertise in various Private, Public and LLP incorporations, Startup complainces from fund raising to managing the transactions. She is also a POSH trainer and has conducted several POSH sessions to apprise the Corproate employees and IC Committees about do’s and don’ts under POSH.
Raashi Singhi is an Associate Partner at JMJA & Associates LLP associated with the firm since April 2020 and a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She has a post qualification experience of 6 years. Her area of specialization covers Stock Exchange related compliances of listed entities, compliances under Companies Act, 2013, Annual Secretarial Compliance Report, Search Reports for Banks, drafting of Annual Reports, Incorporation of Companies and LLP etc. She is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Bachelor in Economic Honors.
CS Jigar Shah specializes in handling matters related to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), drafting and vetting General Corporate and Miscellaneous Agreements, and providing startup advisory services on structuring and CSR-related compliances.
Jigar has undertaken various significant assignments, including conducting Health Checkups of companies concerning Corporate Compliances and Due Diligence prior to Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), as well as managing Private Placements in both listed and unlisted companies. Prior to joining the JMJA, he has worked with esteemed conglomerates such as Welspun and MCX.

CS Mansi Damania has been practicing as a Company Secretary since 2008, specializing in managing compliance matters for Listed Companies. Over the years, Mansi has garnered extensive experience in this domain, establishing herself as a trusted professional in the field.
Mansi’s expertise extends to serving as a Scrutinizer for esteemed organizations such as Union Bank, Welspun, and Libas Designs and many more. She has successfully undertaken diverse assignments, including facilitating the migration of companies from the NSE SME segment to the Main Board and conducting thorough Secretarial Audits.
